Billie Eilish’s signature black locks and neon green roots are no more. Well, technically they’re still around, but only in wig form.
The 19-year-old singer revealed in a viral TikTok that what appeared to be her normal style was, in fact, a wig. This came after fans speculated she wore a wig to the Grammys on March 14.
“This is why I have trust issues,” one fan commented, complimenting the convincing hair piece.

In December, she hinted that she wanted to switch up her look and dive into “a new era” after the release of her documentary, Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry.
On March 17, Eilish debuted a platinum blonde dye job and shaggy cut. Who doesn’t love getting a little makeover before starting a new chapter in life?
“I’m in love this is amazing,” one user said.
“We love blonde Billie,” another wrote.
Eilish’s hairstylist Lissa Renn also posted a video showing how she lightened the star’s hair. She said it took six weeks to complete.
Going blonde is a big commitment for dark-haired folks, so it’s nice to see that the major change has been well-received.
