Cereal isn’t just for breakfast. Dessert shops like Milk Bar, Kith Treats and Milk & Cream Cereal Bar in New York City helped popularize cereal-infused ice cream treats over the last few years — and now, there’s no going back.
This recipe is a take on the cereal-ice cream trend, blending Lucky Charms into a delicious milkshake. Top it with more Lucky Charms or just the marshmallows (also called marbits, because marshmallow + bits, obviously).
Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Lucky Charms
- ¼ cup marshmallow fluff
- Whipped cream
- Marbits (optional)
Tools
Instructions
- Blend together the ice cream, milk, Lucky Charms and marshmallow fluff until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and more Lucky Charms or marbits. And enjoy!
