Many music listeners can agree that they’re picky when it comes to their devices. After all, not all products offer the same sound quality. If you happen to be on the hunt for a good option that’s also portable, then you should definitely snag this Bluetooth travel speaker while it’s on sale for $20.

Let’s keep it real, digital assistant speakers can be expensive. Plus, you can’t listen to music without having to unplug most of them. Thankfully, this cute little — and yes, I mean little — Bluetooth travel speaker can go everywhere you go. The Baby Boom XL is pocket-sized, available in several different colors and uses a dual speaker to give it the stereo sound music lovers look for. You have 30 feet between your devices before the tunes cut out, and the speaker comes equipped with a clip to tack onto your bag or belt. When it’s fully charged, the speaker can play for up to 6 hours. The brand even says it’s waterproof and can float in water.

What I think of the Baby Boom XL

I’m happy to say that the “booming bass” claims behind this speaker definitely hold up. When I’m in the shower, I can hear the music over the water running as if I were at a concert. Additionally, I like bringing it into the kitchen when I’m cooking and I can still use the “Hey Siri” function through the speaker when I need to set timers and reminders. Also, now that the weather is getting warmer in New York, I use it to play music outside in my backyard as well.

All that is to say I bring this speaker everywhere, and its low key better than so many others I’ve tried because it’s portable and waterproof. Honestly, if you’re hoping to save money without compromising sound quality, this is $20 well spent.
