A dad is going viral for “tattooing” his 1-year-old daughter, and TikTok thinks it’s adorable!
Dad and TikToker @HollywoodKeyzZz wracked up over 8M views when he posted this video — but along with those views came a surprising amount of controversy!

In the video, @HollywoodKeyzZz starts off by turning on his at-home tattoo gun — which many users pointed out was missing its needle.
The TikTok dad then walks over to his baby girl, seated in her high chair, and mimes tattooing her little arm.
When he’s done, he pretends to clean off the ink — revealing his little girl’s fresh new “piece.”
His baby girl is all smiles for her funny dad, whose lovely rose tattoo is clearly just a temporary stick-on.
‘Pls tell me you’re joking…’
It’s no surprise that @HollywoodKeyzZz garnered thousands of comments with his TikTok — some good, some bad, some totally confused.
“It looks good, but that’s wrong… She didn’t even get to consent, and it’ll look distorted later,” one user commented.
“Too young for that, let her make her own decisions about permanent issues!” scolded another user.
“Pls tell me you’re joking,” begged one user.
But most users seemed to understand it was just a temporary tattoo and simply a wholesome video of a dad and his baby girl.
“Omg, I was about to type a whole paragraph, but I realized at the end it was just temporary,” one relieved user wrote.
“Some people can’t take a joke! It is apparent with some of these comments,” wrote another user.
“You forgot the step where you guys pick out the piece she wanted. She is too precious. I love her smile,” commented another user.
Some TikTokers even joined in on the joke, pretending it was a real tattoo.
“That’s one tough baby!” laughed one user.
“Bro, she didn’t even cry!” joked another.
It goes without saying that actually tattooing a baby or child is not something anyone should do, so hopefully, people take this video for what it is: a loving dad creating a sweet memory with his little girl, one she’ll look back on and laugh at when she’s older.
