Mint and matcha are a match made in flavor heaven. In this pancake recipe, TikToker @thefoodieboodie mixes banana, oats, plant milk, maple syrup, mint leaves (or peppermint extract), matcha and vanilla protein powder to make the batter. After cooking them on a skillet, they stack up the flapjacks and top them off with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh mint leaves.

3. Mint chutney

This chutney recipe is a refreshing addition to any entrée or appetizer. TikToker @zamansbusykitchen uses a food processor to blend a concoction of white vinegar, tomatoes, green chili, green peppers, garlic, mint and cumin seeds. Serve as a dip, a condiment or spread.

4. Vegan mint chocolate chip smoothie
